Binding Confidentiality Agreement and Operational Disclosures for PINK PILLED Digital Products and Masterclass Access.
By completing a purchase of the PINK PILLED Federal Prime Contracting Masterclass, CEO Shadowing Program, or any related digital product, you (the "Purchaser" or "Receiving Party") are automatically entering into a legally binding Mutual Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreement (NDA) with PINK PILLED (the "Disclosing Party"). Do not proceed with checkout if you do not agree to these terms.
PINK PILLED provides highly specialized, proprietary operational blueprints, technical proposal templates, pricing strategies, and internal curriculum designed to secure federal contracts. The purpose of this Agreement is to prevent the unauthorized disclosure, distribution, resale, or pirating of this intellectual property by those who are granted access via purchase.
"Confidential Information" shall mean any and all information or material that has or could have commercial value or other utility in the business in which PINK PILLED is engaged. This explicitly includes, but is not limited to:
The Purchaser acknowledges that the Confidential Information constitutes highly valuable trade secrets of PINK PILLED. The Purchaser explicitly agrees to the following:
Receiving Party's obligations under this Agreement do not extend to information that is: (a) publicly known at the time of disclosure or subsequently becomes publicly known through no fault of the Receiving Party; (b) discovered or created by the Receiving Party before disclosure by Disclosing Party; or (c) learned by the Receiving Party through legitimate means other than from the Disclosing Party or Disclosing Party's representatives.
(Note: Publicly available federal links, such as SAM.gov URLs or FAR clauses referenced within the course, are not confidential. The specific curation, commentary, templates, and methodologies wrapped around them are.)
The non-disclosure provisions of this Agreement shall survive the termination of the Purchaser's access to the course and the Purchaser's duty to hold Confidential Information in confidence shall remain in effect indefinitely until the Confidential Information no longer qualifies as a trade secret or until Disclosing Party sends Receiving Party written notice releasing Receiving Party from this Agreement, whichever occurs first.
All content, templates, curriculum videos, and proprietary strategies provided by PINK PILLED are the exclusive intellectual property of PINK PILLED and are protected by United States and international copyright laws. In the event of unauthorized public disclosure, screen-sharing, torrenting, or pirating of our materials on any public or private platform (including but not limited to YouTube, Reddit, Discord, Telegram, or third-party course aggregators), PINK PILLED will aggressively exercise its rights under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) to execute immediate legal takedown notices. This action will be taken concurrently with pursuing aggressive civil litigation for breach of this Non-Disclosure Agreement and theft of intellectual property.
Automated AI Threat Detection:
Be advised that PINK PILLED deploys advanced AI web crawlers and automated threat-detection bots that continuously monitor all social media platforms, forums, and peer-to-peer networks. These systems are designed to immediately identify non-compliant disclosures, unauthorized distribution, or pirating of our proprietary materials, automatically triggering DMCA takedowns and initiating legal action.
The Purchaser acknowledges that a breach of this Agreement will cause irreparable damage to PINK PILLED, for which monetary damages alone may not be an adequate remedy. Therefore, in the event of a breach or threatened breach, PINK PILLED shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including an injunction, without the necessity of posting a bond, in addition to any other legal remedies available (including actual and punitive damages).
As detailed in our Compliance Center, purchasing this curriculum and receiving this Confidential Information does not guarantee the award of any federal contract. The Purchaser assumes all risk associated with their business operations and proposal submissions.
This Agreement and any dispute arising under it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States. Any legal action to enforce this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in or near Ross County, Ohio.
