• Taking any action that imposes, or may impose at our sole discretion, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.
• Uploading invalid data, viruses, worms, or other software agents through our secure contact forms.
• Impersonating another person or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity, conducting fraud, hiding, or attempting to hide your identity.
• Scraping, crawling, or utilizing automated bots to extract proprietary data, pricing, or course frameworks from our digital properties.

Information We Collect: When you contact us, enroll in a course, or request a capability assessment, we collect standard identifiers (Name, Email, Phone Number, UEI/CAGE code, Business Name). We do not collect or store your financial data directly.

Payment Processing: All financial transactions are processed through secure, third-party PCI-compliant payment gateways (e.g., Stripe). PINK PILLED™ does not store or have access to your full credit card information.

Data Usage: We use your information solely to provide our services, process transactions, send necessary operational communications, and assess potential R&D partnerships. We do not sell your personal data to third-party data brokers or marketing agencies.

3. Third-Party Links & Resources

4. Termination of Access

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Master Curriculum, Consulting Services, or the website immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Specifically, violations of intellectual property terms (such as sharing course logins or reselling our proprietary proposal templates) will result in immediate termination without refund.

5. General Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. PINK PILLED™ makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of their services, or the information, content, materials, or products included on this site.

You expressly agree that your use of the PINK PILLED™ website and training curriculum is at your sole risk. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, completely secure, or completely error-free.

6. Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Venue

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms of Service or the Website shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of Ohio, in each case located in or near Ross County (Chillicothe, OH). You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

7. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms, combined with our Compliance Center disclaimers, constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
